All goods shall remain the property of R&S Electroplating Limited until payment is received/cleared in full.
Due to the nature of electroplating we may extend the delivery time giving notice via email to customer
All chrome plated products come with a 12 month guarantee, in the unlikely event that the chrome plating becomes faulty we will re-chrome the item free of charge.
Returns will only be accepted under the following circumstances:
1 The goods are faulty and reported within 7 days of delivery
2 The customer has ordered the wrong parts, we can accept them being returned within 30 days of purchase where a replacement can be offered, any carriage costs will be met by the customer and a 10% restocking fee incurred
2a A refund will be given upto 30 days after purchase and a 20% restocking fee will be incurred
3 in the unlikely event of any parts arriving damaged, the goods must be returned back to R&S Electroplating and onced checked a refund or a replacement parts will be processed and the postage cost refunded.
