- All goods shall remain the property of R&S Electroplating Limited until payment is received/cleared in full.
- Due to the nature of electroplating we may extend the delivery time giving notice via email to customer
- All chrome plated products come with a 12 month guarantee, in the unlikely event that the chrome plating becomes faulty we will re-chrome the item free of charge.
- Returns will only be accepted under the following circumstances:
- 1 The goods are faulty and reported within 7 days of delivery
- 2 The customer has ordered the wrong parts, we can accept them being returned within 30 days of purchase where a replacement can be offered, any carriage costs will be met by the customer and a 10% restocking fee incurred
- 2a A refund will be given upto 30 days after purchase and a 20% restocking fee will be incurred
