All products are dispatched using Citylink Express, Royal Mail or Royal Mail Special Delivery. Most items are chrome plated to order so please allow 2-5 days for delivery. If a product becomes out of stock or if there is a delay in dispatching we will notify you via email to inform you of this delay. You will then be given the option of cancelling your order or accepting a new expected delivery time.Please Note: Your Credit Card is not charged until your order is dispatched.

As soon as your order has been dispatched you will be notified via email. The details will show the courier company used to ship your order and the shipment number if your goods were sent via Royal Mail there will be no tracking number.

Collection can also be made direct from our works in Manchester, we will notify you usually via email the time and date the goods can be collected.

All our payments are processed using Protx Secure Payment. Any goods collected direct from our works in Manchester must be paid for in advance using the secure payment gateway on our website or by paying cash on collection.
